Practice Info & Fees

Sessions are held in a quiet and confidential space in Greenbank, close to the Easton/Eastville area of East Bristol, BS5. There is free on-street parking and good public transport links closeby. I use an alternative practice for clients requiring disabled access as the Greenbank practice has step access only.

Online sessions are also available for those wishing to access therapy remotely.

Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and the standard fee is £65.

Trauma Focused Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length and the standard fee is £75.

TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) sessions are currently free of charge for individuals and groups, both online and in-person.

The practice operates on a sliding scale basis with the intention of increasing accessibility. Feel free to enquire about the availability of concessionary places. High earners are invited to pay a higher fee in order to subsidise lower cost spaces.
